Acceptable use
Use Pluto AI lawfully. Do not upload content you lack permission to share, abuse accounts or service resources, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious software, or use outputs to harm others. Keep account credentials secure.
AI limitations
Outputs may be incorrect, incomplete or misleading. Review generated code, images, citations and advice before use. Pluto AI is not a substitute for qualified medical, legal or financial advice. You remain responsible for decisions and use of generated content.
Content and intellectual property
You retain rights you have in your submitted content. Processing is needed to provide requested features. Generated outputs may not be unique or eligible for exclusive rights and may implicate third-party rights; verify permissions and licenses before publication or commercial use. Provider terms may apply.
Availability and account measures
The service may experience outages, errors or changes. Proportionate restrictions or account termination may be necessary for unlawful use or security risks, subject to applicable notice and consumer protections. Data export and deletion controls are available in Settings.
Consumer rights and liability
Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Any limitation must comply with applicable Slovenian and EU law and requires operator/legal review. No blanket exclusion of statutory rights is intended.
